Zoe's WHY
Today someone asked me a simple question: “Why do you do what you do at THREADJAM?” It stopped me for a second, because to be honest, it took me on a bit of a journey.
People ask me this a lot, but the question usually sounds more like:
“You help so many brands… why not just start your own product label?”
And the truth is bringing other people’s ideas to life brings me genuine joy.
It might sound a little woo-woo, but building your dream is my dream. The entire development journey is endlessly satisfying to me. I love the detail, the problem-solving, the creativity, the structure, the flow of turning nothing into something. And I’m really proud of the skillset I’ve built, product development, production management, garment construction, the technical side most people don’t see.
THREADJAM started as a way for me to offer that skillset to others.
There are so many incredible ideas out there—ideas that deserve to be made well, thoughtfully, and without unnecessary risk. I kept seeing people get stuck, overwhelmed, or lost in the complexity of bringing a product to life. And I knew I could help.
With over a decade of experience working with global brands, I could see the gap clearly:
Start-ups didn’t know where to begin.
Established brands kept hitting roadblocks.
So many brilliant concepts never made it to market.
THREADJAM was created to change that—by simplifying the design and production process and guiding brands with clarity, confidence, and care.
What started during a whirlwind moment, redundancy, a newborn baby, and a pandemic, has now grown into a creative hub trusted by emerging and established brands worldwide. And never in my wildest dreams did I imagine we’d grow this quickly, meet such incredible creatives, or work on the kinds of projects we do today.
At THREADJAM, collaboration isn’t just one of our values, it’s how we work. We’re the behind-the-scenes crew helping you build something real, something tangible, something you’re proud to put into the world.
So why do I do what I do?
Because helping you bring your ideas to life is what I was meant to do.
And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
